Our first blog ...

Lars, Sascha and I have decided to write a blog to keep you informed (to the extent we can!) of Stellant’s activities.  I seemed to draw the short straw and get the task of writing the first one, so here we go.

We have had a very interesting couple of months.  We continue to work closely with HOWZAT media LLP with David Soskin and Hugo Burge (both of Cheapflights), reviewing new opportunities and helping our current investment companies.  There are lots of potential opportunities out there – but keep them coming... 

Our M&A practice is also flourishing, with a number of new clients – I wish we could tell you more, but you know how it is…. 

You might have seen our recent press release with RateTiger, one of our existing consultancy clients.  RateTiger provides software to the hospitality industry, enabling hoteliers to maximise their revenue potential with rate management tools and to efficiently handle multiple online distribution channels.  We already have a long term relationship with RateTiger and were excited when they recently asked us to assist them in their developing and rolling out their global distribution strategy.  Sascha is now acting as their Chief Operating Officer, Lars as their Chief Financial Officer and I am handling corporate finance opportunities.  However, these are part-time responsibilities and StellantPartners is still very much alive and kicking!  So, if you need any assistance with consultancy services or M&A then feel free to drop us a line!
